And once again we’re safely home in Phoenix.
Saturday dinner at Pizzeria Bocce has become something of a ritual for Kathryn and me when we camp in Cottonwood. Dining at a slightly pretentious pizzeria with a wine bar may not seem much like camping, but we’ve had an enjoyable meal every time we’ve eaten here.
Kathryn and I have a pattern when we go camping in Cottonwood. We have a mid-afternoon shower and change of clothes on Saturday, followed by a late afternoon Mass.

Kathryn and I are spending the weekend camping at a state park in Cottonwood. It’s hard to say we’re getting away from it all when I have more bars on my phone here than I have in my living room in Phoenix. On the other hand, I’m looking up at the sky and seeing stars … Continue reading Camping in Cottonwood
